A: Homeowner dues are $100 per year
When are dues collected?
A: Yearly dues are due April 1st of each year. Look for your statement in the mail after the middle of February. If you didn't/don't receive one, please contact a member of the board.
I want to do a lot improvement (add a building, pergola, fence, etc.). How do I get approval from the HOA?
A: Please visit the above improvements tab to fill out the google form and follow the directions within. If applicable, please contact the city of New Baltimore to obtain the required permits. Your improvement will then be voted on by the board as to whether it is approved, denied, or conditionally approved.
I submitted my request for a lot improvement, when will I hear back?
Technically the board has 30 days to respond, but will try to be much quicker than that. Feel free to email with questions/updates.
