Helpful Tips:
* Make sure you contact the building department (586-725-2151) for the city of New Baltimore and get the required permits for your construction project. New Baltimore Codes & Zoning is a helpful website.
* Please provide all pertinent information when submitting your request (i.e. proposed site drawing, materials used, color, landscaping, etc).
* Page 3 of the declarations outlines the procedures and any other technical requirements and can be found under the "ABOUT" tab above
* Once all parts are submitted (above form and lot improvement drawing), you will hear back within 30 days as to the approval or denial of the request
